The Role

Do you have a passion to train and guide others toward best practices? In this role, as a trainer, you will support and actively engage new hires and employees in a training environment to increase the company’s productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you will collaborate with all internal stakeholders to complete a training needs analysis defining the organization's highest training priorities



Key Responsibilities


  • Complete training needs analysis to identify company training needs

  • Design, plan and deliver in-house training programs

  • Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations

  • Provide onboarding training for all new hires, including but not limited to platform knowledge and processes, soft skills, customer service, etc.

  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training received

  • Collate feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required

  • Maintain a database of all training attendee records and training materials

  • Deliver Customer Service and Business Communication skills training

  • Manage product knowledge evaluation across teams and analyze test results, providing feedback to employees and additional training sessions as required

  • Identify future skill training needs



Requirements




  • Prior experience as a Trainer or within a similar position in a software company

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, or related field.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of various teaching methods and the latest corporate training techniques

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

  • Payroll experience is desirable but not essential
