With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern- full time internship.


Responsibilities:



  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists with a focus on recruitment;

  • Screening of resumes and application forms from different recruitment channels;

  • Screening over the phone;

  • Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates;

  • Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, career pages, and social networks;

  • Sending feedback emails to the rejected candidates;

  • Preparing the files of the new hired or terminated employees;

  • Other assignments from the rest of the HR team.


Requirements:



  • University degree – Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Recourses or other relevant degree;

  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;

  • Desire to grow in the recruitment field in a product company;

  • Excellent organizational skills;

  • Ability to prioritize;

  • Ability to meet short deadlines;

  • Strong communication skills;
