We're looking for a VOIP Administrator to join our team of professionals. You will
oversee the setting up, maintenance and training user of the company phone system and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Keep reading if this sounds like your thing.
Responsibilities:
• Programming the system, setting up extensions and voice mail, operating the switchboard;
• Training users on how to access and use the system's features;
• Maintain the directory database of user names and extension numbers;
• Work with phone services providers and equipment vendors on pricing and billing;
• Negotiating rates, setting up long-distance calling plans, and buying new equipment;
• Follow established protocols, procedures, and policies, and meet arranged service level agreements.

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in customer driven, fast paced environment managing projects and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing or integrating with CRMs (Salesforce, MS Dynamics and other) and/or Contact Center Solutions preferred;
• Good level of English;
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
• Excellent time management skills, detail oriented and ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet multiple deadlines;
• Organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment;
• Customer focused and passionate about customer experience;
• Ability to manage the completion of multiple duties and tasks while working independently and in team;
• Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision and in a virtual environment;
• Flexibility to work on shift schedule when necessary.
