Latécoère Bulgaria is currently looking for a
Supply Chain SAP Key User
Job Role:
• To support supply chain operations by solving operational issues in distribution process, ensuring smooth run of ERP system, and continuous improvement of the processes.
• Ensure the reliability of net requirements calculation on data system (SAP),
Optimize production logistics flows, Manage Inter Companies flows
Ensure SAP management of pull and push flows for Empty-Full boxes.
• To provide operational support to Supply Chain;
• To be the lead for all ERP enhancements and adjustments as a SAP key user
• To participate in SAP implementation project (system integration and user acceptance testing, creation of manuals, on-site trainings of Supply Chain personnel)
Responsibilities and functions:
• Translate data in SAP system,
• Set and/or inspect SAP data which are required for a good Supply-chain performance, Manage the missing components,
- Develop tools (SAP/excel) in order to support and improve efficiency of Supply Chain Departments and other departments.
Can you add in the Requirements: autonomy
• Inform each week the users as soon as MRP calculation results are considered as exploitable,
• Define and follow up the actions necessary to reach the objectives given by his responsible,
• Ensure the proper application of internal’s Latecoere procedures,
• Respect the internals rules (comportment, security and safety rules).
Requirements:
Experience in the field of purchasing in an international environment – minimum 3 years;
• Engineering University Degree;
• Ability to work on their own initiative and proactively interact with teams to obtain information
• Advanced SAP knowledge – min experience 3 years
• Knowledge of logistic, MRP processes and rules
• Excellent PC and data bases skills
• Managerial, verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship
• Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)
• Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem
• Experience in the field of Supply Chain in an international environment
• Excellent English language
Would be great:
• Knowledge of Macros
• VSM and other Lean tools
• Act and operates autonomously
