We are looking for Senior Windows&Cloud Administrators. As such you will be using your expertise to achieve high-level customer satisfaction by architecting, designing, implementing, supporting state-of-the-art solutions. Depending on your expertise your daily challenge will be identifying and solving problems, working on complex incidents affecting thousands of users, defining, executing, implementing changes, coordinating implementations, and managing systems. You will be working in an environment where fast, educated decisions may save the day, however quality and perfection are our major objectives. Working remotely from Bulgaria you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.

Technical Competencies required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college, and a minimum of five years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Extensive experience in administrating Windows Server systems (installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting).


• Experience in implementing and troubleshooting Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, FRS, DFS, KMS…).


• Ability to make strategic hardware and software recommendations.


• At least basic understanding knowledge of Backup and Restore tools for MS platform operating systems, Basic SAN knowledge.


• Good networking knowledge. Knowledge in network virtualization (NSX-T) or at least willingness to learn will be considered a strong plus


• Experience in public/ private cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS) is considered a strong plus.


• Experience in implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft Clustering and Load Balancing.


• Experience in server virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware ESX/ESXi, vSphere suite..


• Microsoft or VMware Certification is a plus.


• Experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
