Sales Specialist - Anesthesia And Critical Care Equipment


Our team is growing and we’re looking for yet another passionate and energetic professional to join our Sales Team and be in charge of our portfolio of Intensive Care Unit /ICU/ and Cardio Pulmonary /CP/ equipment. The jobholder will be working in a tight-knit team, but will be responsible for these specific product categories of medical equipment. The main goal will be to take over working with some of our current clients, as well as find new hospitals where to introduce our portfolio.


Main tasks and duties:



  • Plan and implement category-specific strategies for meeting ambitious business growth goals;

  • Monitor and actively analyze market trends;

  • Prospect, develop and nurture relationships with: hospital executives, key opinion leaders and medical professionals;

  • Consult company’s partners and customers on novelties in the respective field;

  • Build and maintain strong partnership with the manufacturers and suppliers;

  • Participate in product trainings to acquire extensive knowledge and deep understanding of the manufacturer’s portfolio;

  • Help customers with proper product selection and answering questions about product functionality.

  • Provide education about the proper use and maintenance of our equipment and devices.

  • Assist with trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.

  • Organize and perform internal product trainings for other teams in the company;

  • Collaborate closely with other organizational units such as: account management, shipping & logistics, engineering team, finance team, project management, public procurement.


To be successful on this position, you will need:



  • University degree;

  • Medicine, Biomedical sciences/engineering, Medical Physics, Medical equipment and technology education would be considered as a plus;

  • Fluent English (both verbal and written);

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Experience in Sales in medical sector would be an advantage

  • Goal-driven approach with great follow-up skills;

  • Strong presentation skills;

  • Strong business & financial acumen;

  • Comfortable with travelling (the role requires frequent trips across the country);

  • Driving license is a must-have.
