For our Maison Sofia Hotel M-Gallery Collection is looking for motivated colleagues who join our team in the position:
Sales and marketing manager
Candidate's obligations:
• Negotiate room rates/packages with clients
• Conduct meetings with existing and potential clients to maximize his/her portfolios;
• Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
• Consistently research the market for new business opportunities;
• Consistently communicate with existing clients to spot trends and opportunities;
• Maintain the relevant documentation and administer the information in hotel’s software;
• Communicate with other relevant departments;
• Administer requests in hotel’s operational system;
• Conduct planned and ad-hoc show-arounds of the hotel.
• Background in magazines and newspapers
Understanding of social media universe including Facebook and Twitter
Strong Photoshop and visual skills
Able to communicate perfectly with the local Medias on Bulgarian market
Fluent English – written and spoken.

Prepare brochures for all our promotions
Reporting to the management and analyzing the results from the campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 3 year of experience in the field of sales and marketing in the field of hospitality;
• Excellent English - spoken and written;
• Excellent computer literacy;
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
