Cimcoop is a globally established manufacturer of precision optical components. We are producing high-end custom-made optics that are integrated in variety of camera systems in cinema, defense & security, aerospace, medical and other markets. Cimcoop is 100% export oriented and is serving an international customer base of high-profile OEMs including Airbus among others. We have recently relocated our production facility to Trakia Industrial Economic zone in Plovdiv and are planning for a dynamic expansion in the coming years. To support this growth, we are increasing our sales team in Sofia and are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join us for the role of Sales Account Specialist.
The person will be in charge of managing the relationships with an assigned set of customer accounts as well as developing new leads to converting them to customers. The sales account manager is overseeing the entire sales process from the RFQ stage to the post-sales customer support and is working together with sales sepresentatives and the company management to develop and grow the revenue and the customer base.
Responsibilities of the position:
• Manage customer sales accounts and oversee the associated sales representatives to ensure all client needs are met quickly and professionally.
• Develop new leads and convert them to customers.
• Interact with clients when requested, ensuring they are satisfied and all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Review sales numbers for your assigned accounts, identifying areas in need of improvement, speaking with sales representatives to confirm issues, working together with management to create a solution and developing new strategies to improve sales numbers.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product and service offerings including technical parameters.
• Work with the company’s ERP to enter and track data related to the sales process.
• Work with the company’s Business Intelligence systems to analyze sales trends and report to management.
• Collaborate with different departments within the company in relation to customer projects.
• Complete administrative duties, filling out forms, creating reports and entering information into spreadsheets.
We would like you to have:
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or Engineering.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing company would be a strong advantage.
• Experience of at least 2 years on a similar position in export-oriented company.
• Strong communication skills, ability to submit and coordinate the customer requirements between the sales and production department.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Fluency in English - verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills - MS Office.
