Main Responsibilities:
- Work with existing clients of the company
- Maintain and develop successful client relationships
- Provide information and training to clients regarding the services offered
- React to client's requests promptly and in a professional manner;
- Stay up to date with the world's economic situation and financial markets.
Requirements:
- Very good level of English is a MUST
- Minimum 1 year experience as Retention agent
- Sales potential, with a positive approach to targets
- Team player
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Time-management skills
