About the role:


Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager – Front Office, the Receptionist will work on a rotation basis within Front Office Team to provide courteous, efficient service and maximum guest satisfaction as per the standards required by the hotel and in consistent with Global Hyatt Standards. He / she will be responsible to perform all front office services with utmost attention and efficiency.

Daily Routines: 


  • Provide excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations 

  • Perform all front office services by making sure that these services are available and carried out with utmost efficiency

  • Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationship

  • Ensure that service and other standards are adhered to 

  • Ensure all relevant hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations are adhered to

  • To be up to date with information on all hotel facilities and in-house activities

  • Work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments

  • Maintain the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, dress and appearance 

  • Respond to changes in the front office functions as dictated by the industry, company and hotel


We would like to be experinced in:


  • Successful track record of experience in front office operations position

  • Service and guest satisfaction-oriented personality

  • Knowledge of all front office services and accounting procedures related with the department

  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, effective communication, and effectiveness in providing exceptional customer service

  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

  • Must be an advanced user of MS Office programs and knowledge of other hospitality systems will be an advantage

  • Hospitality degree and/or other relevant certificate or degree will be an advantage

  • Fluent Bulgarian language 

  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential for this role
