RECEPTIONIST
Your main tasks:
Provides efficient and courteous Front Office and service to arriving and in-house guests in line with hotel’s guidelines and service concepts. Responsible for hotel guest reservations as well.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Previous experience in hotel business and guest service
- Good computer skills. Knowledge of OPERA hotel system is an advantage
- Excellent English; second language will be an advantage
- Personal qualities: service oriented and caring personality, good team player, motivated and flexible
