Hotel VEGA Sofia is recruiting a candidate for the position of hotel receptionist
Some of the duties of an administrator are:
- welcomes guests, accommodates them according to their reservation or according to available rooms, if they do not have a reservation
- registers them by entering all the necessary information in the program
- monitors the arrivals and departures of guests according to the arrival and departure lists
- monitors the status of rooms - occupied, free, ready for accommodation, for cleaning, records in the computer and in all documentation the movement of guests, and informs the hotel household
- charges to the guest's account the value of the services used by him
- issues the necessary payment documents when settling payments
- informs the guests about the services offered by the hotel, prices
Requirements for candidates:
- high professional culture
- very good command of English, a second foreign language will be an advantage
- ability to work in a team
- quality and speed of service
- personal motivation and desire to work
- attentive, resourceful, tactful
