We are looking for a new Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team!

Main responsibilities:

• Overseeing, evaluating and implementing company procedures;


• Supervise and control agents’ activities;


• Implementing the strategies set by the Front department;


• Creating report documentation for the upper management;


• Evaluating control of the service;


• Developing and implementing internal control procedures;


• Generating ideas and providing suggestions for company’s operation;


• Creating ongoing reports on a daily/weekly basis.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English;


• Experience on Quality Control position in the Forex/ Crypto Industry is a must;
