Project Manager (Real Estate)

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
• Planning and managing the implementation of fit-out and finishing works of real estate properties (office, industrial, retail)
• Supervision and coordination of interior and/or technical design projects execution
• Organizing tenders
• Participation in client pitches
• Communication and reporting to clients and third parties (subcontractors, suppliers, landlords)
• Site monitoring and control
• Project closing and documentation collection for the projects
YOU ARE
• Having previous real estate project management experience
• Holding a university degree in architecture or engineering or related
• Possessing a PMP/PRINCE certification (will be an advantage)
• Fluent at English
• Proficient MS Office user, AutoCAD literacy
• An ambitious individual with strong desire to succeed
• Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals
• A self-motivated person, able to work under minimal direct supervision, but remain accountable for results
