Your challenges will be to:

• Develops and maintains strategic customer relationships focused on enabling the customer to achieve their objectives


• Listen to customer feedback and input and initiate change in services to provide better customer satisfaction


• Drives improved customer satisfaction


• Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements


• Owns product backlog – creates and prioritizes work to align with business priorities


• Gathers requirements from the appropriate stakeholders and SMEs


• Identify and remove blockers for the team


• Leads design, build and test planning phases for medium to large scope enhancements and projects


• Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive products, their strengths and weaknesses, global and local product/proposition best practices and current product/proposition consumer trends


• Write specifications and requirements according to system capabilities, design workflow charts and diagrams, maintain comprehensive project documentation


• Define project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.


• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.


• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.


• Report and escalate to management as needed.


• Assist with product strategy development, commercial activity, and business case development approval for new initiatives


• Assist in marketing and sales requirements for branding, communication and sales to achieve and maintain product objectives. 


• Coordinates production releases with internal and external partners. Manages associated risks effectively by producing appropriate risk mitigation plans.


• Manages vendor relationships to ensure conformance with agreed upon SLAs


• Liaise with Mastercard and Visa on updates to product-related standards;


• Contribute to the documentation and user manuals

      
You will fit best in the role if you have:

• University Degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering


• 3+ years experience in the field of Product Management, Business Analysis, Fin-tech, or Project management


• Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong negotiation skills


• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills


• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change


• Ability to adapt and readily integrate changes into work processes with good outcomes


• Excellent English (written and spoken)


• Experience with self-initiated projects


• Experience in any of the following will be considered as advantage:

  • Knowledge of the payment Card infrastructure (e.g., Visa / Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay) across the UK and Europe
  
  
  • Card Payment processing
  
  
  • Experience with PCI DSS compliance
  
  
  • Working on VISA and Master Card projects and mandates
  
  
  • Working within an Agile methodology environment (e.g. SCRUM, DSDM, Lean/Kanban)
  
  
  • Awareness and understanding of cloud-based product development
  
  
  • Еxperience in data flow process mapping, data transformation, migration and reconciliation
  
  
  • Good technical understanding of web applications and APIs.
  
  
  • Experience with SQL programming
