We are looking for a motivated and experienced Accounting / Payroll specialist to join our team.

Your contribution:

• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, bonuses, indexations, taxes, social securities, deductions, etc.


• Process payroll for employees in the organization


• Maintain personnel database regarding salaries


• Address and resolve employee queries related to the payroll calculation


• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions


• Ensures compliance with legislation and best practice


• Calculation of provisions for unpaid leaves


• Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors


• Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures


• Take active part in the budgeting process and support the accounting team in the relevant month-end closing activities


• Preparation of all legally required documents and reports to the NRA, NSI and other institutions

• Excellent level of English (it’s a must)


• Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian Labor legislation


• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
