Operational Excellence Service Support Specialist

For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for Operational Excellence Service Support Specialis.

The role involves:

• Extracting performance data out of our SAP-System with the help of existing Excel-Add-ins and several Excel-templates


• Analyzing the performance KPIs in close cooperation with team head


• Publishing performance KPIs and analyzing results in dynamic dashboards done with the help of Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and Flows


• Support in creating and maintaining of SharePoint sites and libraries for the consumers of our dashboards


• Data maintenance in several Atos tools


• Assistance in the automation of recurring tasks to have more time for exciting new challenges


• Additional smaller activities according to clearly defined processes

Required Qualifications:

• А university degree (Bachelor) in Accounting, Finance or Economics


• 1+ years of working experience in relevant feild or in accounting, auditing or controlling.


• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills


• Your strengths include a high level of motivation, willingness to perform, self-organization, independent work and team spirit


• Willingness to work in in a fast-paced changing environment


• Fluency in written and spoken English.


• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook); Basic knowledge in MS Teams, Planner, SharePoint; PowerBi


• Quick-learning skills especially in corporate processes areas
