Non-Production Buyer (M/F)
Your tasks:
- Manages purchasing tasks for Non-Production Purchasing goods and services
- Places and tracks purchase orders with suppliers
- Negotiates prices, terms, conditions and lead time with suppliers in accordance with requestor’s needs
- Keeps requestors well informed about the status of their orders
- Prepares contracts with suppliers in line with Purchasing standards
- Performs monthly purchasing reports and tracks them in the respective tools
- Adheres to all EU and national regulations and company working instructions
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or other related studies
- Written/Oral communication skills in English is required
- Material sourcing & purchasing experience is preferable
- Excellent knowledge on MS Office products, experience with SAP or other ERP system is preferable
- Able to work with deadlines
- Self-motivated and organized work attitude, problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work in cross-functional environment
