We’re looking for a passionate Mid/Senior Front-End Engineer to join the team of Xempus within our operation:



A team of 140 highly committed employees is behind XEMPUS. A singular vision unites us all: Making pensions easy and accessible to everyone. To achieve this, we connect all the parties involved on our independent platform. Pension
provision becomes fast, efficient and comprehensible, giving everyone the ability to organize their own pension plan.


Your role:



You have skills and ideas. Now, you just need the right task. How about making the future plannable? Because that’s what Xempus does. As one of the first and leading InsurTechs in Europe, we work in Munich, Berlin, Saarbrücken and
Sofia on a platform for digital retirement planning. Naturally, our standards are high and we only want the best on board: You!


Your contribution to something big:



  • As part of a cross-functional, agile scrum team, you will realize a modern, state-of-the-art user experience on our platform

  • We’re building micro-frontend architecture with our new services as well as migrating old stuff on the frontend

  • You will achieve this by designing user-friendly, responsive, and easy user interfaces

  • As part of our front-end chapter, you can help shape our front-end strategy further

  • The creation of tests, specifications, and documentation round off your daily work with us

  • We’re building micro-frontend architecture with our new services as well as migrating old stuff on the frontend


Our ideal teammate has/is:



  • Experience with Vue.js version 2 + Vuetify, React or Angular (will move to Vue.js version 3 in the near future when Vuetify starts official support)

  • Knowledge in TypeScript and CI/CD pipeline as Jest, ESLint, AuditJS

  • Knowledge in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Experience with C# and ASP.NET is an advantage

  • Knowledge of architectures, mobile-first, and responsive design

  • Interest in applications with increased security requirements

  • Familiar with git, bitbucket, and JIRA

  • Degree in computer science or similar qualification

  • Passion for user friendly and easy to use User Interfaces

  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working

  • Speak English and ideally understand some German
