For our Plant in Plovdiv we are looking for:
Material Planner
Responsibilities:
· Ensure deliveries of direct materials in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets;
· Communicate and escalate any supply problems;
· Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or other issues;
· Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships;
· Support product change requests; review and communicate the impact on capacity plans in relation to materials;
· Support determination of work force, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand;
· Manage deadlines based on project expectations;
· Participate in cross-functional teams and work with respective counter parts on various topics;
· Interface with vendors and forecast material integrity;
· Oversee and improve vendor performance.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or related field;
· Previous experience with ERP system is a plus;
· Relevant experience in a material planning role is an advantage;
· Contract management and supplier experience is an advantage;
· Experience in electronic production is an advantage;
· Very good written & spoken English;
· Computer skills – proficiency in Excel is a must;
· Quick learner with high motivation to learn new things;
· Prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure.
