The main responsibilities for the position are to:




  • Overall management of the activities and performance of a standard structure Support to Business Lines by organizing, coordinating, supporting and controlling the fuilfilement of goals and tasks, keeping the direct participation in the working process;

  • Builds, develops and ensures the application of expertise in the management of business processes and related internal banking regulations according to the functional scope of the structure;

  • Together with the product/process owners and members of the structure, participates in the understanding and definition of the customer need and agrees with them the scope and priorities of the tasks for design or redesign a business process/regulative document;

  • Together with the team, actively searches, aggregates and analyzes information collected from various sources related to business models, products/services, processes and system functionalities in order to achieve in the design of business processes efficiency, expediency and compliance with the legal and regulatory framework;

  • Ensures the maintenance and enchances the system for internal bank regulatory documents;

  • Responsible for the qualitative and timely execution of the structure's tasks, ensuring the allocation of resources in accordance with the approved priorities;

  • Manages team members - recruitement, support, performance evaluation, development, including identification of professional and personal training needs;

  • Makes and implements proposals for improvement the effectiveness of the structure in order to achieve a competitive customer experience, adequate management of risk and resources.










The appropriate candidates must have:



  • Customer-centric focus;

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience, the one related to managing relationship with customers or developing products and services, will be considered an advantage;

  • Ability to work in a complex, time-critical and dynamic environment - coordination of a large number of cross-functional, interdependent and high-priority tasks;

  • Prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks with resilience to changing priorities;

  • Master degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering will be considered an advantage;

  • Operational knowledge of best practices in business process management - will be considered an advantage;

  • Excellent English;

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills, orientation towards achieving results;

  • Ability to work in a team;

  • Excellent computer literacy, knowledge of IT applications for process management is an advantage;

  • Willingness to learn and obtain new skills and competencies.
