For our Management Consulting Practice South Eastern Europe (SEE), we are looking for a
Manager in the Strategy & Transformation Practice for Financial Institutions.

A career within Financial Markets Business Advisory services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to a variety of audit, regulatory, valuation, and financial analyses services to design solutions that address our clients’ complex accounting and financial reporting challenges, as well as their broader business issues. 

The role:

• Supporting PwC clients in  solving their strategic, operational and technology related challenges


• Proactively assisting Financial institutions’ clients across the region


• Being actively involved in business development activities to identify opportunities with new and existing clients


• Leading various projects, primarily in South Eastern Europe and primarily in the Financial Services Industry


• Keeping up to date with regional and global business and economic issues, including latest technology trends and their impact on the most relevant banks, insurers, fintechs and other players


• Participating in hiring, developing, leading and supervising more junior team members

What we are looking for:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services gained through strategic consultancy, (retail) banking, financial/digital start-ups or leading technology companies


• Enthusiasm, skills, knowledge and experience for/in one or more areas, such as: implementation of digital solutions and new lending processes, bank-fintech partnerships, post–merger integration etc.


• Knowledge and awareness of banking trends related to technology and digital transformation


• Can-do attitude, ability to support, train and coach others and work effectively in/manage the team


• Good presentation, communication and relationship management skills


• Fluency and ability to communicate in English


• University degree(s)
