Manager “Business Development and Client Relations”

UBB Factoring team is the factoring subsidiary of United Bulgarian Bank AD, delivering sustainable financing solutions and constantly creating value for its clients. The company has been on the market for 10 years already and is ranked as the 4th biggest factoring entity on the market.
Following our expansion strategy, we would like to reinforce our team with a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager “Business Development and Client Relations”.
The candidate will develop and monitor a portfolio of client accounts, in line with the commercial strategy and business targets of the company. He/she would be passionate about his/her work and will desire to perform to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
• Meet both existing and prospective clients and negotiate the terms and conditions of potential factoring deals
•Perform financial analysis and appraise the inherent risks related to factoring transactions
•Prepare credit proposals
•Interact with clients on a daily basis, ensuring fast, efficient and friendly service
•Act continuously to enhance the factor-seller relationship and create value for clients on a daily basis
Requirements:
•University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or International Relations
•Minimum 2 years of experience in factoring, leasing and/or corporate banking
•Excellent networking and negotiation skills
•Understanding of financial metrics and strong analytical skills
•Organizational skills, high level of attention to detail
•Good command of English - written and spoken
•Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
•Team-player with excellent communication skills
•Self-motivated and result-driven
