YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Typical responsibilities will include:

• Lead Business Consulting projects in the areas of Lean, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT System Selection and Implementation, etc.
• Manage the implementation of the projects, including
• Make sure all project stakeholders are always informed for the project development (issues and tasks outstanding)
• Prepare and maintain workplans and budgets
• Assemble and manage the project team, including distribution of tasks and provision of guidance for preparation of project deliverables
• Review and present final deliverables to the clients
• Maintain active communication and establish trusted relationships with the clients
• Identify opportunities for business development, prepare proposals for consulting services and participate in meetings with potential clients
• Maintain very high level of customer satisfaction

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including optimization of business processes and business performance
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering
• Proven Project Management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of English
• Advanced skills in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and/or Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)

IT WILL BE NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in selection and implementation of IT systems
• Experience in delivery of training and implementation of Lean tools and concepts such as A3 thinking, Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Level Loading, Pull, Mistake-Proofing, Quick Changeover, etc.;
• Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering/Supply Chain Management
• Experience in multinational companies
• Lean Certification
