For our client – an international company operating in the field of automotive we are looking to appoint Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:


  • Plans, supervises and leads all maintenance processes and operations. Creates and implements maintenance procedures;

  • Tracks expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Plans repair schedules and evaluates repair cost estimates;

  • Leads a team of more than 20 employees;

  • Designs and provides inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize interruption in production;

  • Responsible for the development and for the compliance with documented procedures, instructions and rules governing the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment;

  • Complies with and ensures compliance with all regulations for quality, safety and environmental protection of the company;

  • Controls and is responsible for compliance with documented procedures, instructions and rules governing maintenance and repair;

  • Prepares requests for the required spare parts and materials and controls their use as intended and in accordance with the cost standards;

  • Solution of operational problems and technical problems. Suspension of production in case of non-compliance with the adopted rules and norms for work;

  • Train and mentor new employees.


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position;

  • Technical University degree;

  • Experience in leading and motivating a team;

  • Excellent command in English;

  • Very good skills in working with MS Office software products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
