THE JOB

We are looking for LOGISTICS SPECIALIST to be a part of our Global Customer Logistics Department. Based in our new office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, you will be managing stock of raw materials, trade products, spare parts, semi parts, and other production materials.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: managing the movement of inventory between Viking manufacturing facilities (shipping is not in the scope of this position); ensuring inventory availability; analyzing and assessing stock; analyzing and providing information for Key Performance Indicators; improve processes on a continuous basis; adjust logistics parameters in SAP; close collaboration with European manufacturing facilities and HQ.

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• You hold a university diploma or you are a last year student in Economics/Logistics/Supply chain;


• You have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within logistics;


• Experience with SAP is considered a big advantage;


• You have strong spreadsheet capabilities (Microsoft Excel);


• Knowing MS office is desirable;


• You possess the skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines, working independently or as a team;


• You pay attention to details and accuracy within the deadline-driven environment;


• You have the ability to interact with many levels of employees and provide internal customer service.
