Learning and Development Manager





At myPOS, our mission is to empower small businesses around the world with innovative end to end fintech solutions. Our international team of 380+ employees is growing rapidly and we need to further enlarge our People team.


We are looking for a forward-thinking Learning and Development professional who can design and deliver the L&D framework for a rapidly scaling international business and help us build a great culture of constant improvement.

  • Increasing the knowledge level of organizations by leading the full range of Learning and Development processes in compliance with the business strategy;

  • Consulting business leaders regarding the learning and development needs of employees based on current and future strategic plans

  • Creating and facilitating challenging and personally engaging learning experiences and developing effective learning tools in our myPOS academy.

  • Improving the onboarding process by development of induction programs and training processes;

  • Researching and organization of companywide training events. Developing and maintaining company relations with external partners/companies.

  • Observing KPIs of different departments to acknowledge the need of different training sessions (one time or training plan).

  • Evaluating the efficacy of learning programs. Ensure programs and outcomes are aligned with business objectives and goals as well as following up after training sessions to measure effectiveness and ROI.

  • Deploy existing talent programs and contribute to the development of new talent programs in collaboration with business and HR leaders.


Here is what the best candidate looks like:



  • Experience in similar position for at least 1 year;

  • Experience in building L&D strategies;

  • Experience in operating within international organizations;

  • Knowledge and experience with learning and development solutions and tools (e-academies, external learning platforms);

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization;

  • Flexible, team-oriented, quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize;

  • People and Project Management skills;

  • Very good facilitation, training and coaching skills is a strong advantage;
