Currently, we are looking for an IT Project manager to join our team - a driven and experienced professional with a passion for project management.
Your role:
• Develop effective communications with project stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed of project progress and issues resolution status against agreed project plans and business KPI’s.
• Manage projects from the initiation until closure including undertaking ultimate responsibility for the project success:
o scope and WBS definition,
o planning of project phases and milestones,
o create project plan,
o task assignment,
o project monitoring and control,
o change management,
o risk and issue management
o resource assignment
o project estimates and delivery forecasting,
o dependency management,
o lessons learned
o metric collection and reporting
• Interfaces with various organizational departments to collect project related information and to build consensus regarding project direction, resourcing, and timeline
• Resolve conflicts and keep the teams focused / motivated
• Coming up with creative solutions to take care of impediments
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of successful project management experience
• Project management experience in the software development projects of 5+ members size
• Prior banking or FinTech experience, as well as experience in IT architectural, infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Excellent negotiations and communication skills that can adapt to various audiences including executives and customers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve
• Full SDLC exposure and prior experience in Agile environment preferred
• Result driven person willing to take on challenges in a dynamic environment, create structure and understanding to help bring new IT solutions to life
• Innovative, extrovert person with a continuous improvement mind-set to help inspire others
• Proven success working in multi-cultural teams cross-functionally and bringing together diverse team members and perspectives to find solutions
• PMP or similar project management certification
