Immedis is seeking innovators in the technology space to help lead technical design activities relating to our enterprise client systems and supporting business processes.  We are looking for a  integration analyst that can drive client engagements from a technical and service perspective, creating a key link across customers, service and technology.  This is a hugely exciting opportunity in our business.

Responsibilities:
Supporting Client Engagement:


  • Providing support to the existing and new Integration Solution Architects and Customer Integration resources;

  • Help all Solution Designs meet Architecture and Customer requirements.

  • Modelling and designing Enterprise grade Integrations with client HCM and payroll systems;

  • Presenting to clients, providing proof of fit of Immedis Products to client requirements;


Supporting Product Roadmap Architecture:


  • Work with Senior Solution Architects to help the business to identify opportunities for technology solutions to add value to programmes and project.

  • Help and learn with Senior Solution Architects to develop logical, conceptual or physical designs.

  • Support the Business Analysts to shape business requirements and optimise Business Processes;

  • Ensuring design solutions meet service requirements.

  • Creating architecture documentation for new and existing systems.


Other Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with stakeholders and end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs, BAs, testing etc.

  • Capable of supporting the Senior Solution Architect in the technical delivery of a project as a team member.

  • Support the Immedis enterprise customer delivery experience.

  • Architecture development tools and techniques and integration are highly advantageous.


Key skills and experience we are looking for:


  • Evidence of working in team in Solution Design;

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Innovative thinking and simplification of complex technical challenges is absolutely key.

  • Experience in System Integration would be highly advantageous.

  • Client facing and management experience is key to the role.

  • Previous experience in supporting sales would be desirable.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Office environment.
