Responsibilities:

• Managing sales teams, Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments and informational materials to prospective customers


• Performing highly professional sales calls in order to close existing leads/conversion


• Staying up to date with the worlds' economic situation and financial markets


• Managing and developing a department of sales agents


• Ability to make training and motivates the whole team


• Persoating team results


• Ability to react to clients’ requests promptly and in a professional manner


• Ambition to meet company’s targets

Requirements:

• Management experience and 


• High ability of conversion FTD


• Previous experience of FOREX, CFDs or other financial instruments


• Experience as a trader or in dealing with customers its MUST 


• Fluent English language


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to work in a team as well as individually


• The capacity of working with minimal supervision and as a part of the team
