Fleet Analyst with French (Procurement and Finance activities)

Your responsibilities will be:



  • Strong Administrative Relationship with the Fleet providers in order to manage every need linked to the failure to comply with the 700 car Lease contracts;

  • Third party supplier management - discuss strategic areas with lessors/manufacturers/auto dealers including the vehicles policy, legal changes; escalate operational issues if necessary; negotiate prices & conditions and the implementation of the contract;

  • Reporting & analysis of the costs: Billing control/ Cost approving / Monthly invoicing;

  • Analysis of the Park;

  • Create and agree on fiscal year budget & manage PO’s;

  • Weekly communication with Partners for management of identified issues;

  • Prepare Fleet report to your manager on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.


Required skills:



  • Fluent French language;

  • Good command of English language;

  • Good knowledge in MS-Office (particularly Excel skills);

  • Experience in logistics related role or customer interaction role;

  • Experience on Purchasing/ Planning, Fleet and Transactions will be considered an advantage;

  • Good Analytical skills and also the ability to think and solve problems;

  • Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills;
