Job Position: Financial Broker
Location: Varna, Bulgaria
Reports to: Head of Brokerage
Working Hours:Shift basis
Commencement Period: ASAP

MAIN DUTIES:
• Assisting the Head of Brokerage Department in all brokerage-related business activities;
• Preparing reports for the needs of the department;
• Establishing contacts with individual or institutional clients via phone or e-mail as well as answering and processing inquiries from the same;
• Ongoing communication with the Company’s partners, liquidity and software providers;
• Creating reports for regulatory bodies, inserting data, maintaining information and updating the Database;
• Storing and archiving information accumulated and gathered in the Brokerage Department;
• Informing management immediately in the event of any attempt to access the data base by third parties, failure of technical equipment or in the event of incorrect data input.


SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
• University degree in finance, economics or a related field;
• Good computer literacy – especially MS Excel;
• High level of attention to details;
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
• Willingness to learn more in the area of finance.


ADVANTAGE:
• Knowledge of the financial industry;
• Previous experience in the financial sector;
• Experience with the MT4 Administrator or Manager Software and/or a financial back-office software.
