Requirements:
- Fluency in German
- Good level of English
- Proactive, determined, and a team player
- Comfortable on a computer, and has proficient typing skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction when responding to inbound customer requests via email;
- Identify and resolve customer issues;
- Solving various and interesting cases;
- Ensure all users follow the rules and procedures;
