Role overview



The Digital Sales and Marketing team is connecting customers with Yettel’s products & services within the digital world. The team is responsible for delivering on Company’s Digital sales and Digital CX ambitions, owning and developing
Yettel’s Digital channels (Yettel.bg, Yettel App, Business portal, Performance Marketing, etc.)



Currently we are looking for a new team leader who will be part of the existing journey of driving growth and bringing our Digital sales operation at a next level.



Head of Digital sales drives Digital sales agenda, leads and mentors a team of experts, distributes tasks, balances workload, oversees performance, and supports the Digital Sales and Marketing day-to-day operations.



Your responsibilities will be



Digital sales



  • Defines and leads the Digital Sales strategy, focusing on delivering customer value and engagement as well as performance driven operations

  • Executes against financial and non- financial targets and KPIs – traffic, acquisition, retention, X-sell, NPS, CAST, etc.

  • Develops and aligns a regular promo calendar including tactical e-commerce activities by creating relevant campaign themes, marketing tactics and proposition messages

  • Proposes, designs, and unfolds successful Digital Go-To-Market strategies within the Digital sales domain in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Supports the Digital sales channel such as addressing cases related to orders, troubleshooting, stock planning, etc. Proposes improvements and drives their implementation



Web platform and content management



  • Plans implements new platform features and Customer Journeys

  • Collaborates with all staff and management to ensure that the website content and its usability is aligned with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards

  • Creates and improves internal processes to deliver on faster and standardized way of work of the team for creation of new landing pages and micro-sites

  • Drives website SEO and conversion rate optimization



Omni channel



  • Drives development and implementation of online-to-offline and offline-to-online processes, related tools, and technologies

  • Partners with Yettel’s offline channels (Telesales, Stores, Logistics, etc.) to deliver on simples CX and Leadgeneration objectives



We expect from you




  • University degree in Marketing, Economy, Technology or related

  • 5+ years of experience as e-Commerce/Digital sales operations manager, including developing marketing plans and executing online sales campaigns

  • 3+ years of experience in an eCommerce team-lead role

  • Experience in digital platform/product ownership, roadmap, and backlogs management

  • Good understanding in Omnichannel and Lead management strategies and operations

  • Experience in Project management, good presentation skills and Can-do attitude

  • Hands on experience on using Analytics tools, interpreting data and provide insights

  • Very good understanding in Digital performance driven marketing

  • Good understanding of UX design and Usability principals for Mobile App/Web

  • Good understanding in digital content creation process
