Job Position: CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST /GERMAN/
Department: Customer Support
Location: Varna
Reports to: Head of Customer support
Working Hours: Shift basis
Commencement Period: As soon as possible
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
•Assisting clients with their accounts and the financial service products that JFD offers;
•Responding to client queries regarding the service itself and our trading platform MT4/MT5 by phone, email, or live chat;
•Registering client inquiries in our CRM system (client database);
•Managing the whole process of registering new clients e.g. sending all necessary forms for the account opening process, informing clients for missing documentation etc.;
•Assist the Department Manager in daily operational tasks.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
•Excellent proficiency in German - both written and verbal;
•Very good proficiency in English;
•Degree (Higher Education) in Economics / Finance / Marketing is preferred;
•Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
•Ability to cope with multitasking, problem solving and mathematical thinking;
•Solid teamwork aptitude in a multicultural environment.
SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGES:
•Experience in the FINTECH Industry;
•Knowledge of brokerage, dealing, trading;
•Experience with MT4/MT5 Platforms;
•Experience with a CRM system.
