CS&Sales Representative with Romanian

Main responsibilities:
• Excellent in one of the following: Romanian language - Native level/C1;
• Responsible for incoming inquiries from clients in the Insurance Industry;
• Introduces and consults clients with the advantages of various products and services;
• Stimulates customer interest by highlighting the benefits;
• Processes various customer inquiries for products and services;
• Works with specialized software;
• Conducting outbound campaigns to customers and contractors in order to inform about new services, promotions;
• Receiving feedback from customers about the quality of services and formulating suggestions for improvement.
Basic requirements:
• Customer service, outgoing and incoming customer campaigns;
• Knowledge in the insurance sector is an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills with English is an advantage;
• Open approach to clients;
• Desire for training and self-improvement;
• Ability to quickly adapt to new and deal with difficult situations;
