Our client is Kin and Carta - a global digital transformation consultancy that offers digital assessment, cloud-native platform, software, agile transformation, and web designing solutions.
For the Secretarial and Legal team of the company, we are looking for a self-starter with sound business judgment and drive for results to obtain the role of Contract Legal Manager based in their office in Sofia.
Contract Legal Manager
Main Areas of Responsibilities:
● Provide risk assessment of contract terms and conditions and offer alternative approaches to mitigate risk, including drafting and negotiating alternative contractual language.
● Drafting and reviewing terms for standard forms like NDA, partnership agreements, and so on
● Assessing commercial aspects of new contractual activity to identify associated risks and benefits
● Leading vendor contracts negotiations
● Analysing both new and existing contracts with customers, suppliers and partners to ensure that content is commercially and legally sound and maximises commercial benefits to the business
● Obtaining approval for non-standard terms in accordance with agreed approval matrices
Main Requirments:
● Degree in Law; specialisation in Commercial Law
● At least 3 years of experience negotiating commercial vendor agreements
● Some leadership experience
● Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
● Effective communicator with strong influencing skills
● A problem solver who can anticipate needs and offer solutions
● Previous experience in working with Salesforce (strong adv.)
