Client Success Specialist

We are Dark Side Management, an established media acquisition company that operates globally. We bring an innovative and cutting- edge approach to support our clients grow their businesses. Committed to continuing improving, we are looking for a Client Success Specialist join our team located in Sofia.
Responsibilities
Act as a primary internal customer interface, responsible for developing key relationships and
manage all day to day interactions
Support clients into Company's onboarding processes
Assisting clients to define and set monthly targets and budgets as well as identify requirements to achieve goals and implement performance
Collaborate between clients, Media team and Affiliate team to provide a feedback for the service quality
Identify discrepancies and interact with clients to resolve issues
Communicate with the finance teams to collect financial documents and information from clients
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong sales, negotiation, account management, follow-up, and time management skills are essential
Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
Great command of English (both spoken and written)
Related experience will be considered as advantage
