Buying and Planning Analyst

Your responsibilities will be:



  • Address Planning & Buying-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Coordinate production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc. with other departments.

  • Ensure materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.

  • Determine the required materials and generating purchase orders.

  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and distributors.

  • Prepare cost estimates and performance reports.

  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

  • Responsible for the inventory available in warehouse to fulfill the customer requirement.

  • Communicate the product inventory strategies (high runners, new products, substitutions, end life…) to the Supply Planning team.

  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional reports to management for historical analysis, current status, and forecasting purposes.


Required skills:



  • Fluent English language (written and verbal);

  • Good knowledge in MS-Office;

  • Experience in logistics related role or customer interaction role will be considered an advantage;

  • Good Analytical skills and also the ability to think and solve problems;

  • Eye for detail with high level of accuracy. Data Analysis.

  • Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.
