Business Administrator

We are currently looking for a Business Administrator to perform support activities for the Administrative and Marketing department and management to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Offering secretarial support to the management staff (make appointments, help with correspondence, answer phone calls etc.);
• Performing scan, copy and print services, organizes and archives information;
• Involved in budget observation for administrative costs;
• Monitoring, requesting and restocking office supplies & consumables, and equipment inventory when needed;
• Supporting other Departments in business trips both national and international;
• Meetings and team building events organizations;
• Preparing analysis of costs and other reports upon request;
• Communicating with municipality - preparing and submitting of declarations and other documents.
Requirements:
• University degree, preferred study of Administration, Economics, Organization or other Social science.
• Strong communication, presentation and written skills both in English and Bulgarian languages. Upper Intermediate English level.
• Basic accountancy knowledge.
• Technically proficient, knowledge in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Pro-active, flexible, multitasking, responsible.
