Job Description
An online broker Avatrade located in Sofia is seeking a strongly committed candidate for a non-client facing funds administrator/support position in the company’s international back-office team.
As a back-office executive, you will be assisting with various administrative duties as well as responsibilities include processing international customers’ deposits, withdrawals, settlements, clearances, record maintenance, etc. under regulatory compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Bank transaction management and process (deposit/withdrawal/reporting/etc.) - min. 2 years’ experience
- Credit card payment schema processing (deposit/withdrawal/reporting/etc.) – min. 2 years’ experience
- APMs (Alternative Payment Methods) processing - min. 1 year experience
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms – min. 1 year experience
- High-level written and verbal communication skills In English language.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable team player
