Back-End PHP Developer

Location: Varna, Bulgaria
Reports to: Head of Web Development
Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Commencement Period: ASAP
This is a permanent and full-time position.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining, improving and modernizing our existing websites
• Developing solutions for data storage and database connections between our websites and intranet
• Optimizing and automating the processes of online client registrations and payments
• Developing solutions for automating the work of colleagues
• Writing well-structured and easy maintainable code

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• PHP (OOP)/MySQL and PHP Frameworks like Laravel, Zend, Symfony etc. (2-3+ years)
• Knowledge of Git or SVN
• Strong knowledge in web security
• Passion for coding and interest in new web technologies
• Proactive problem-solving mentality
• Good spoken & written English
• Ability to work well as part of a team and under pressure
• Ability to provide quick turnaround of enhancements and adjustments
