Accountant

We are KBC TIME Centre, part of KBC Global Services - Bulgaria branch and we operate in Bulgaria since 2019.
Our main business is focused on development, implementation and maintenance of core banking system for our clients within KBC Group.
Оnly 3 years were needed for us to achieve great results and to become the first Certified Client Centre of Excellence of our software vendor Temenos.

To work with us and celebrate our common top performance is needed:
Main responsibilities:
• Reconciliation of bank statements, account receivables/payables transactions and settlements received in the bank, related-party transactions, card-processed transactions to GL and relevant documentation (supplier invoices, receipts, etc.), investigating and resolving discrepancies;
• Participation in the posting of journal entries in the accounting system SAP and monitoring the accuracy and validity of the journal entries and balances;
• Posting of business trips;
• Issuing of sales invoices to the business clients in accurate and time manner;
• Preparation of payment orders into the e-banking system;
• Participation in international projects;
• Actively participate in annual closing.
End responsibility for:
• Ensure booking of the input documents, performed in a timely and accurate manner;
• Responsibility for the monitoring, analysis and the justification of all accounts under own scope;
• Proper cost allocation.
Specific requirements:
• You have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and willing to develop analytical skills and experience in financial accounting and cost allocation;
• You want to build experience in the area of taxation, mainly VAT;
• You are details oriented and working efficiently to meet deadlines;
• You are interested in work with Excel;
• You want to be trained to work with SAP;
• You are good in English.
