We at LRC Bulgaria LTD, the local subsidiary of ALTIDO, are enlarging our team in Varna and opening a new vacancy for an Assistant to the Account manager. The position requires working five days a week and the ideal candidate would be able to work on weekends, from 10 am to 7 pm.
As an Assistant, you will support the Account manager in building and retaining relations with our property owners, as much as communicating with the operational, maintenance and finance internal team to make things happen. The role requires communication in English and/or Portuguese with property owners.
Skills:
- Confident and comfortable with applying a customer-centric approach
- English written and spoken fluently
- Other languages are a plus, especially Portuguese
- Patient when solving issues with clients
- Problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with sales and other internal departments to ensure good communication
